avait tourné court à cause du défaut de visualisation des
messages dans Cesium. Il a repris fin août.<br>

faire une brève synthèse à l'issue de la réunion

notre efficacité ; puis de recueillir les besoins
lors d’un mini-audit. <br>

co-facilitatrice (et en tant qu'active), je souhaite que nous continuions à faire le point de temps en temps pour optimiser le fonctionnement de l'association (organisation interne… et donc efficacité). Ni tout remettre en question, ni atteindre un idéal, simplement adapter de mieux en mieux notre fonctionnement à nos besoins et à notre environnement, sachant que tout évolue en permanence, et qu'un fonctionnement figé nous couperait les ailes. <br></div><div>Je propose d'évoluer progressivement vers une organisation plus "agile", consciente de ses rouages et de ses grains de sable. Je vous proposerai quelques critères d'observation en
septembre, pour en reparler en octobre, si ça vous convient, et mettre
en œuvre des ressources de la sociocratie visant à améliorer
notre efficacité et donc notre satisfaction personnelle et collective. Une des ressources, c'est d'observer les tensions avec lucidité, et de les considérer comme des informations clé.
